Below are some of my current “favorite” block editor plugins and themes. Full disclosure, I have not yet tested and reviewed these. But after researching and compiling 40+ products, these are the few that stood out to me the most. This could change later.
Gutenberg Block plugins
These block collections offer complete packages of common use blocks and more unique designer blocks. I’ve found these few to be the most exciting and robust so far.
Block themes for WordPress
Although not all of these are FSE (true block themes) they either work well with 3rd party block collection plugins, or they come with their own unique blocks. Kemet theme is in fact an FSE theme.
Utility block plugins
This type of Gutenberg block plugin consists of handy additions to the core block editor, like new settings and options. A utility plugin could also include specialized templates or functionality to build your own blocks. I find these few very intriguing.
